Fire Guts Makerere University Business School – Hostel Days After MUK’s Marystuart!
Fire has gutted Baheesi hostel, a mixed students’ residence at Makerere University Business School in Nakawa.
This has been confirmed by our reporter who has arrived at the scene as soon as the place caught fire.
“It is not yet clear what caused the fire however it is evident that it started from the top most floor at around 4Pm” revealed our reporter who was at the scene.
Police fire brigade is already at the place trying to curb the fire that has destroyed property that is yet to be quantified.
No injuries or deaths have been registered as of yet. Police has also commended the students and citizens that notified it quickly.
The unfortunate incident comes few days after the same happened to Marystuart Hostel at Makerere University on Saturday 26th May 2018.
