Kanye West Trolls Taylor Swift Over Grammy Win Difference

A man was mauled to death by his own pit bulls in L.A. County … and the bloody aftermath was captured by news choppers, as officials found his body in a backyard kennel.

This horrific incident went down Thursday night in Compton — although, this poor man wasn’t discovered until Friday … and at that point, he was dead. As you can see in the images above — which have been circulating on social media — the scene is downright gruesome.

Unclear what exactly led up to the mauling, but the guy’s reported to have been in the business of breeding/selling pitties … and he had at least 5 grown ones in his backyard. Cops say they believe he might have been trying to feed the animals when they turned on him.

Helicopters surveying the scene early Friday appear to have captured images of his body in one of the enclosures on his property — but later in the day, first responders arrived to contain the situation … apprehending the dogs themselves.

The drama wasn’t over by then, though … even after the authorities had arrived, a woman had somehow found her way into the yard and needed help escaping from the dogs.

Eventually, firefighters were able to rescue her and get the pits under control. No word on what will happen to the dogs — they’re now in the possession of Animal Control.

The director of LA County’s Animal Control department says, “Our deepest sympathies are extended to the family and friends of the victim. We are committed to conducting a thorough investigation to determine the facts and ensure the safety and well-being of both the community and the animals involved.”

The identity of the victim has yet to be released. A neighbor reportedly discovered him dead.

Travis Kelce followed his girlfriend’s lead in the donation department — he just donated the exact same amount Taylor Swift gave to victims of the Kansas City shooting.

The Chiefs tight end shelled out $100,000 to two children who were shot during Wednesday’s incident — specifically, two young daughters of the Reyes family … who’d started a GoFundMe of their own in recent days to help cover costs for their severe injuries.

He made the donations very similarly to how Taylor did it … two different installments of $50k, which came from his charity, 87 and Running.

The two girls — whose identities haven’t been publicly revealed — were shot in the legs … and they’re still recovering in the hospital. Their family set a goal of $100,000 — which they said would go toward their medical costs, plus future college tuition — and TK helped them reach that and beyond. With his $100k donation … the family is now at more than $175k.

Travis’ donation matches Taylor’s own $100k contribution to the family of the lone woman who died after Wednesday’s shooting … and, of course, it comes on the heels of Patrick Mahomes donating earlier in the day as well.

Patrick and Brittany even visited one of the hospitals to meet with some of the young victims who are still recuperating.

It goes without saying … the charitable moves by Travis and Patrick also follow some backlash they faced this week after it was revealed they went out to continue celebrating after the shooting … hitting up a restaurant and keeping the good time going.

Some have said they’re being unfairly criticized — but others say … the optics weren’t great.

In any case … the donations are obviously a great thing — something we’re sure the victims appreciate.

C.J. Stroud had a notable passenger riding shotgun with him on Thursday night — Amber Rose — and it’s got many wonderin’ … are the two an item?!?

The superstar quarterback and the model competed in the 2024 Cactus Jack Foundation HBCU Celebrity Softball Classic at Minute Maid Park … and shortly after it ended, they were seen walking toward the same car together.

There were no signs of PDA as they made their way through a gaggle of photogs and fans … but they sure didn’t seem awkward around each other — sparking dating rumors all over the internet.

Our sources tell us Rose — who’s dated Kanye West and Wiz Khalifa in the past — is not formally seeing anyone at the moment … and Stroud is reportedly single too — so it’s all entirely possible.

The one potential hang-up, though … Rose is 40 years old, and C.J. is just 22 — but if you’ve ever seen him play in an NFL game, he’s shown plenty of signs that he’s mature beyond his years.

Neither, of course, has said anything publicly about it … so stay tuned.

D.L. Hughley‘s moving on from his feud with Mo’Nique … saying he’s a grown-ass man who doesn’t think every argument needs a resolution, and this one definitely will NOT!

We got the comedian/actor out in New York City, where we asked about his very public beef with the Oscar winner … and wondered if he’d be interested in a sit down with her on Shannon Sharpe‘s “Club Shay Shay” podcast.

You gotta see how D.L. immediately shot down any notion of that happening … because it sounds like he’s not too thrilled with Shannon, either.

Hughley said he’d never go on “Club Shay Shay,” and he’s definitely not reaching out to Mo’Nique ’cause he’s convinced they’ve both said all they need to say.

Remember … Mo’Nique went after a bunch of entertainment industry folks on Sharpe’s podcast, and specifically said D.L. offended her on his radio show during an interview.

She demanded the segment not air — a request D.L. said he agreed to in the same social media rant where he called her a “liar” earlier this month.

D.L. told us he’s not backing down on a single word he said about Mo’Nique … saying he’s got zero regrets and doesn’t need to reconcile with her because they’re both adults who said what they said.

Basically, Hughley says they “don’t have to be in the same space,” and he adds, it’s a “fallacy” to believe folks who don’t see eye to eye have to reconcile.

BTW … this isn’t the first time Hughley and Mo’Nique have had beef. Back in 2022, a contract dispute over who was supposed to headline a comedy show resulted in Mo’Nique calling out D.L. for saying he didn’t believe his daughter at first when she said she was sexually assaulted.

Mo’Nique apologized for bringing up his daughter, but Hughley told us at the time arguments like the one with her just weren’t worth his time — pretty much exactly how he still feels today.

Seems D.L.’s puttin’ this feud in his rearview too … but, we’ll have to wait and see if Mo’Nique’s gonna let it slip that easily.

4:02 PM PT — Tiger Woods‘ manager just told reporters at the event that the golfer began suffering from flu-like symptoms Thursday night, but decided to try to push through it all on Friday.

However, he became dizzy on the course … and withdrew from the event.

Woods’ manager, though, said that after an IV, the 48-year-old is now feeling “much, much better.”

Tiger Woods’ return to the PGA Tour was shortlived … he just withdrew from The Genesis Invitational after suffering from an illness.

The Big Cat — who shot a 1-over 73 at the tourney on Thursday in his first action since last April — made it through six holes on Friday afternoon … before he decided he just couldn’t go anymore.

The golfing legend hit his tee shot on hole No. 7, then hopped in a cart and headed back to the clubhouse.

It’s unclear the severity of his ailment … although fans in attendance at the Riviera Country Club in Los Angeles have grown concerned for the 48-year-old after an ambulance showed up at the venue a short time after he officially called it quits.

It seems, however, a bug is going around the course … as fellow PGA Tour star Jordan Spieth is reportedly dealing with some uneasy symptoms too.

This weekend’s rounds were the first PGA Tour ones Woods has logged since he underwent surgery on his ankle following the 2023 Masters. He looked solid throughout Thursday — although he did have one shank on the 18th hole that went viral.

Following the round, he seemed normal … though he did tell Golf Channel he had “some treatment ahead of” him to get ready for Friday’s 18.

Jason Kelce is serious about getting a Chiefs luchador mask back to the Texas teenager who let him borrow it at the Super Bowl … because he reached out to the teen’s family.

As many people saw during the SB celebrations … Jason famously wore a Chiefs luchador mask to Super Bowl LVIII after-parties in Las Vegas after his brother Travis Kelce won the big game.

As it turns out … the mask actually belongs to Elijah Smith, an 8th grader from Dallas who gave Jason the mask for a photo op — but who never got it back amid all the post-game chaos. JK himself had recently said he found it on the floor … in any case, it’s the kid’s.

Anyway … Jason had already pledged to get Elijah his mask back in a social media post Friday morning, and we’ve since learned the NFL player has contacted Elijah’s parents.

Sarah Smith, Elijah’s mom, tells this publication … Jason personally reached out to them Friday while Elijah was at school, and he plans on calling back so he can talk to Elijah on the phone later at some point this weekend.

The Smiths tell us Jason came off as very thoughtful, kind, and apologetic … and they told him there was no rush in returning the luchador mask, especially given the Super Bowl parade shooting tragedy in Kansas City.

Sarah explains that Elijah’s a pretty superstitious teen — as lots of sports fans are — and believes the mask is a lucky charm of sorts, which is why he wants it back.

In his post on X, Jason agreed … “Your mask indeed brings great fortune, I owe you big time, sorry it was commandeered.”

Worth noting — the family isn’t upset Jason got to wear it after the Super Bowl instead of Elijah … they say all the videos and photos of Jason in Vegas with the mask are absolutely “epic.” Once Jason returns the mask, Elijah’s mom predicts her son will wear it to Chiefs games next season … unless he frames it, of course.

All’s well that ends well … and this story’s getting a leap-off-the-ropes finale.

Sharon Stone claims LAPD officers came to her home during the O.J. Simpson chase and whisked her away — but cops who were on the force back then don’t have any such memory.

David Gascon — who was a commander at the LAPD’s Media Relations department during the O.J. years — tells this publication … he’s never heard of cops showing up to Sharon’s crib on June 17, 1994, when officers were in hot pursuit of Simpson during that infamous televised low-speed chase.

Not only is Gascon personally unaware of it happening … he says he’d never heard a single report of Sharon’s involvement, at least not until she talked about it this past week.

Ditto for Tom Lange … the lead LAPD detective on the O.J. case tells us he hadn’t heard a peep about Sharon’s claim cops ushered her to a hotel for safety reasons. In fact, Lange asks the obvious question … why would O.J. go after Sharon at the time?

Lange insists, if Sharon’s Simpson saga happened, he would’ve heard of it. As for Sharon’s M.O. in telling it … he suspects it might have to do with the 30th anniversary coming up in June.

Last, but not least, we spoke to a retired former LAPD officer — who worked in the South L.A. division back in 1994 — and he also says any Sharon-O.J. connection is news to him!

This retired officer questions how or why O.J. would have any reason to go to Sharon’s house at the time … especially with 20 patrol cars chasing him down the freeway.

The way Sharon put it in her new interview, her “Basic Instinct” fame from ’92 is what supposedly spurred a bunch of officers to show up to her house to hide her at a hotel. Although, as many here have noted, she had no apparent connection to O.J. in those days.

Sharon has previously talked about how crazy it was for her in the ’90s after her then-viral movie skyrocketed her to A-list status … not to mention making her a bona fide sex symbol.

Again, the fact these former officers are taking her story with a grain of salt does not mean what Sharon is saying didn’t occur — but as far as they’re concerned, it was never on their radar.

Guess there’s no one else to have weigh-in at this point besides O.J. himself … kidding.

Jennifer Lopez looked like a tourist in Times Square to plug her new album — ’cause there’s no better way to let folks know you’re the one and only … than by posing with yourself!!!

That’s exactly what J Lo did Friday as she had a photog follow her around the famous NYC stop standing in front of a bunch of billboards that were promoting her latest project — not to mention the visual treatment/movie … plus, a doc coming out too that’s all about her.

We’ll say this … Jen’s new album, ‘This Is Me… Now,’ is actually getting a ton of love among fans — who say it’s a throwback to 2000s R&B … and one of J Lo’s best projects yet.

Two out of nine seriously injured firefighters remain in critical condition in the hospital — this after a compressed natural gas tank on a burning truck exploded Thursday.

You gotta see this wild video … dramatic dash cam footage from Wilmington, CA shows the exact moment the fiery blast ignites and sends a fireball up into the air. You can practically feel the intensity just watching it!

As you can see, the explosion launches at least one firefighter into the air among various other car parts. You can also see the ground shaking like crazy when the blast goes off in another angle.

Here’s what happened to lead to the actual explosion itself … it was around 7 AM when firefighters responded to a call about a burning truck on the road — when, suddenly, one of two 100-gallon compressed natural gas tanks on the truck blew up minutes later.

Los Angeles Fire Department Chief Kristin Crowley has revealed one of the critically injured firefighters is stable … but is still being monitored at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center.

The update on the second critically injured firefighter isn’t as promising … he was intubated and transferred to L.A. General Medical Center to be treated at their burn unit.

The other seven firefighters aren’t out of the woods just yet either … according to LAFD Capt. Erik Scott, they’re still going to need ongoing treatment for a laundry list of injuries – burns, blunt trauma, shrapnel wounds, and even damage to their hearing.

Miraculously, the truck’s driver was not injured.

The Mahomes family is doing whatever it can to help following the Kansas City shooting … with Patrick, Brittany and their foundation donating $50,000 to the Chiefs’ fundraiser for victims and others impacted by the tragedy.

The Super Bowl champions launched the campaign with United Way on Friday … kicking things off with a $200,000 contribution.

The three-time S.B. MVP and his wife were quick to join in, too … with their names and the 15 and the Mahomies Foundation popping up under the top donors list.

Patrick called on his followers to also chip in if they’re able … saying, “Just like #ChiefsKingdom has always been there for me and my family, we want to be there for them.❤️”

“The @Chiefs have launched #KCStrong, an emergency response fund supporting victims and their families, violence prevention and mental health services, and first responders.”

T-Mobile threw in $20,000, too … bringing the total to $345,500 just one hour after Patrick posted on X about the fundraiser.

The gesture comes on the heels of Patrick and Brittany’s visit with shooting victims in the hospital … and Taylor Swift‘s $100,000 contribution to support the family of Lisa Lopez-Galvan, who was killed in the tragedy.

The team spoke about the campaign … saying, “We’ve all been affected by this moment — and if you’re compelled to act, we encourage you to turn your outrage into action and contribute to this fund and share it with others.”

“We can assure you that 100% of funds raised will go directly to these causes and organizations, with no administrative fees whatsoever. The true strength of champions is revealed in how they respond in the face of adversity. The only question that remains is — how will we respond, Kansas City?”

Huge loss in court for Donald Trump … the judge in Trump’s civil business fraud trial in New York just ordered the former president to pay about $355 million in fines.

Judge Arthur Engoron found Trump liable for conspiring to manipulate his net worth in a Friday ruling.

In addition to the stiff financial penalty, the judge also barred Trump from serving in top roles at any New York company for 3 years, and that includes the Trump Organization.

Prosecutors were seeking a $370 million fine for Trump … accusing him and his sons, Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump, of falsifying financial statements and business records as part of repeated and persistent fraud.

Trump will no doubt appeal the fine, which reportedly could balloon to $400 million with interest.

As we reported, just last month a New York jury decided he should pay E. Jean Carroll $83.3 million for defaming her while denying her sexual assault allegation.

Etterlene DeBarge — gospel singer and matriarch of the legendary DeBarge family — has died … this publication has confirmed.

The mother-of-ten passed away peacefully in her sleep at Berkley Post-Acute in Woodland Hills Friday morning — this according to her daughter Etterlene “Bunny” DeBarge. A cause of death has not yet been announced, but sources tell us EDB was ill and battling dementia.

Bunny broke the news online — posting a short message to social media, simply announcing her mother’s death to fans of the group … noting she was in a better place now.

Etterlene met Robert DeBarge — her future husband — back in 1952 and married him the following year. They built a huge family, complete with 10 different children  … seven of whom went on to play in the Motown super group DeBarge.

The Grammy-nominated group was active from 1979 to 1989 before the lure of solo contracts for Bunny and El DeBarge helped lead to the group splitting up. There were other factors that ultimately ended the family band.

Etterlene and Robert divorced in 1974, and Etterlene chronicled their marriage and her children’s rise to fame in the book “Other Side of the Pain.” She married George Rodriguez in 1980 — a pairing that lasted the rest of her life.

Etterlene is survived by George, eight of her children, and numerous grandchildren. One of her sons, Robert DeBarge Jr., passed away in 1995 while Tommy DeBarge passed away in 2021. Obviously, her legacy and impact in music lives on through her children.

Etterlene was 88.

Jessica Simpson may have recently ditched her wedding ring, but it sounds like she’s still with her husband … at least she was on Valentine’s Day, anyway.

Here’s the deal … Jessica sent fans into panic mode Thursday when she posted a series of photos on Instagram without her wedding band … leading to speculation she was, perhaps, on the outs with her hubby, Eric Johnson.

Thing is … Jessica and Eric were spotted out to dinner the night before, on a Valentine’s Day date no less … hitting up Ivy At The Shore in Santa Monica — obviously for some alone time.

Folks who were there tell us Jessica and Eric had a table to themselves and they looked happy together … showing no signs of a potential split. If anything, they looked totally normal — at least that’s what was described to us … no signs of trouble in paradise.

We should note … Jessica going ring-less for the day after Valentine’s isn’t the only source of the breakup rumors … frankly, she hasn’t shared a pic with Eric since September, which is also a factor. Some have speculated something may be amiss between them lately.

Of course, a quick glance at Jessica’s IG and you’ll see it’s mostly just photos of her … with an occasional celeb friend … and only a couple shots with the children she shares with Eric.

So, maybe fans are reading too much into Jessica’s social media image … and jumping to conclusions. In any case, they were all good on Wednesday night when they chowed down.

Remember, Jessica and Eric got hitched back in 2014 and they have 3 kids together … and based on this V-Day date, any talk of a split seems premature — if not totally off base.

From what we know right now … they’re going strong and then some.

Patrick Mahomes and his wife, Brittany, are helping put a smile on some faces following Wednesday’s tragic parade shooting … the two were seen paying a visit to a local hospital on Thursday, lifting some wounded kids’ spirits.

The duo of Mahomeses specifically went to rooms belonging to an 8-year-old and a 10-year-old, who were both shot after gunfire erupted following the Chiefs’ Super Bowl celebration at Union Station.

The girls, part of the Reyes family, were hit in the legs … and needed surgery a short time later to fix their ailments.

But, when Patrick and Brittany pulled up — it wasn’t hard to see the little ones were overjoyed … as they both had big grins on their faces while they posed for pics.

It seems the Kansas City star and his wife brought gifts too, as two girls were holding miniature Chiefs helmets.

The Reyes family — who’s reportedly related to the woman who tragically lost her life in Wednesday’s shooting — were grateful the two stopped by … writing in a statement, “We want to give a personal thank you to the staff of Children’s Mercy Hospital and Patrick & Brittany Mahomes for their outpouring care, love, and support.”

A GoFundMe set up to help the girls and their family in their recovery, meanwhile, has already raised $54,000.

In total, 23 people were struck by bullets just after Mahomes had delivered a speech at the rally. Authorities said at least half of the victims were under the age of 16 years old.

Two juveniles have been hit with criminal charges in connection with the shooting … but officials say more charges could be forthcoming.

Snoop Dogg‘s brother Bing Worthington has died … with his famous sibling commemorating him on social media.

Snoop posted a couple times on Instagram to honor his younger brother’s passing … sharing a pic of them in a dressing room and also posting a clip of him and Bing hanging out with their other brother, Jerry, in a cemetery.

Bing — who was Snoop Dogg’s half-brother on his mother’s side — worked with Snoop over the years, starting as a roadie on Snoop’s tour before taking over as tour manager.

Bing also released music with his own group, Lifestyle … they made a couple albums together and even had a song appear on the ‘Van Wilder 2’ soundtrack — but Bing said he realized he enjoyed the behind-the-scenes business work more and gave up his rapper dreams.

A few years ago, Bing decided to strike out on his own and moved to Canada to open up a music studio and production company — a merger between his own Dogg Records and Canadian hip hop label Urban Heat Legends.

Bing was 44.

Criminal charges are being handed down in the mass shooting at the Kansas City Chiefs rally — and we’re now learning that, for now, two juveniles stand accused of being responsible.

Prosecutors hit two individuals — described as minors — with gun-related charges and for resisting arrest … but nothing yet pertaining to any actual deaths. Officials in Kansas City say more charges are likely coming.

Because they’re minors, court hearings and criminal proceedings related to this case will not be open to the public. Both suspects are being held in a juvenile detention center.

As we reported … 22 people were shot and one person died in Wednesday’s shooting, which broke out after the Chiefs wrapped up their championship parade. The shooting caused a mass panic, and ended up with multiple people being hospitalized, including children.

Cops detained 3 people at the scene … however, only 2 people now are facing criminal prosecution — unclear what might’ve happened with the third person who was detained.

Witnesses and gunshot victims have described the chaotic scene that erupted after shots rang out in K.C. … one survivor said the gunman spun around in a circle as he fired multiple shots into the large crowd that was gathered.

Another Chiefs fan was among the people who subdued an armed person in the crowd … tackling the guy to the ground before police got to him. It’s unclear if the person who got tackled is one of the people who’s now charged. The identities of the suspects are unknown.

Police aren’t calling the shooting an act of terrorism … instead, they claim it was a dispute between multiple parties that escalated to gun violence.

New images are surfacing daily that show the carnage from the scene — including these new pictures and videos from photographer Jeremy Scherle who was there in K.C. Wednesday.

Take a look at these photos showing the immediate aftermath … including a gun that may have been used in the shooting … not to mention pools of blood around it. Clearly, officers wanted to secure this scene right after it happened — and that’s what you’re seeing here.

Of the 22 people who were shot and injured, at least half are under 16 years old. There have been a lot of unanswered questions about what happened here — and even now with two people being held responsible … we still don’t know very much.
