Rumour: Oops! Nintendo Might Have Just Accidentally Revealed Kirby Fighters 2

Well here’s something we weren’t really expecting any time soon…a new Kirby game! And the listing for it is live, so all we need now is an official announcement from Nintendo.

As spotted by multiple Twitter users, it looks like Nintendo has accidentally revealed Kirby Fighters 2 – exclusively for the Switch – ahead of schedule. It’s listed as a downloadable title on the Play Nintendo website and is priced at $19.99 USD.

With a name like this, it’s obviously a follow-up to the 2014 battle action 3DS title, Kirby Fighters Deluxe. Here is Nintendo’s description:

Choose from a cast of Kirby’s most iconic copy abilities-including the brand-new Wrestler ability-and duke it out to be the last Kirby standing. Familiar friends and foes like Bandana Waddle Dee and King Dedede also make an appearance as playable characters in the Kirby Fighters 2 game, available exclusively for the Nintendo Switch system.
