2024 WNBA Championship odds: Aces favored; Caitlin Clark, Fever rising

With the WNBA season in full swing, title odds are on the move, with two clear favorites at the top.

After the WNBA Draft, reigning champion Las Vegas’ odds moved to +100 after opening at +115.

Now, at 10-6, those odds have lengthened to +140, while the 16-3 New York Liberty saw their odds move slightly over the past week, from +200 to +180.

The Aces and Liberty met in the WNBA Finals last season, with Las Vegas winning 3-1.

Further down the list is Indiana — a team whose odds are tumbling once again.

A week ago, the Fever were sitting at +8000 to win it all; now those title futures have lengthened to +10000.

Let’s look at every WNBA squad’s title futures at BetMGM.

Caitlin Clark and the Fever have won five of their last seven, one of their best stretches of the season.

On Sunday, the Fever toppled the Mercury 88-82. Clark scored 15 points and added 12 assists and nine boards.

However, three days before that win, Caitlin went 4-of-9 from the field in Indiana’s 89-77 loss to Seattle.

Following that loss, NBA champion and FOX Sports contributor Paul Pierce said that Clark needs to focus more on her offense.

“Initially, she came into the league — to me — as a scorer,” Pierce said on a recent episode of “Undisputed.” “Yeah, we know about your passing ability.

“But don’t come in here to the WNBA trying to lead the league in assists when we know you led the nation in scoring. One of the best scorers in college basketball history — if not the best in women’s basketball … it’s time to start getting these shots up.”
