Sagicor Real Estate X Fund makes higher profit in Q3

Sagicor Real Estate X Fund made more profit in its third quarter ended September.

After meeting tax obligations, the company made $101.4 million versus a loss of $18 million for the similar period in 2021.

Revenues for the company was also better than the similar period last year at $535.5 million.

Total income for the three months was registered at $1.75 billion.

For the third quarter last year, the company made $1.2 billion.

The Sagicor Real Estate X Fund’s performance was driven by its hotel operations, boosted by an increase in bookings and occupancy levels.
