Prime Day is back! Amazon’s annual two-day shopping bonanza officially returns next month, giving you another chance at huge summer savings on millions of items, and an opportunity to get a head start on back to school shopping.

Announced on Wednesday (June 21), Prime Day will be held on July 11 and 12. Shoppers can expect to score major discounts on TVs, speakers, home audio, computers and other electronics in addition to music, apparel, movies, food, kitchen essentials, large and small appliances and more from top brands such as Bose, Hey Dude, Theragun, Sony, JBL, Lancôme, Kérastase, Peloton, Victoria’s Secret, YETI and The Drop.

“Prime Day is all about making our Prime members feel like a big deal, with deep savings and access to some of the best offers from brands they love,” Jamil Ghani, vice president of Amazon Prime, said in a statement. “With Invite-only deals, we’re adding more value to the Prime experience and have made it easier for our Prime members to access exclusive doorbuster deals at incredible prices without waiting in line.”

Prime Day 2023 will include deep discounts and Amazon-exclusive deals from brands such as OPI, and Alo Yoga. Shoppers can save up to 75% off Amazon’s 43-inch Fire TV Omni Series and other exciting products thank to “invite-only” deals, which is a new and exclusive way for Prime members to request an invitation to access exclusive Prime Day deals that are expected to sell out.

Prime Day Early Access deals start now, but before you begin shopping, there are a few things to know to help you get prepared and make your experience a lot easier.

What Is Amazon Prime Day?

Prime Day is Amazon’s biggest shopping day of the year, with millions of deals this year on top-rated tech toys, electronics, home goods, shoes and clothing. Typically held every July, last year Amazon expanded the tradition by offering two Prime Day mega sales in the same year.

What Time Does Amazon Prime Day 2023 Start?

Prime Day launches at midnight PT/3 a.m. ET on July 11, and runs until midnight on July 12. The sale takes place exclusively online at Amazon.com.
