Former President John Agyekum Kuffour Is Visited By Ajagurajah And Members Of His Church, Who Offer Prayers For Him (Video)

Bishop Ajagurajah, the founder and head of the Ajagurajah organization, has visited John Agyekum Kuffour, the former president of Ghana, to pray with him.

A viral video showed Bishop Ajagurah and his churchgoers singing and praying for Mr. Kuffour.

While performing worship songs, Bishop Ajaurajah and his church members were all barefoot. The former President of Ghana was sitting there, softly nodding to the music as all was going on.

J.A. Kufuor was inaugurated in as president on January 7, 2001, after winning the presidential elections in December 2000.

Domestic policy during his administration’s first term was characterized by fiscal and monetary restraint on the economic front, with the goal of stabilizing a declining and stagnant national economy.

His social vision was based on utilizing Ghanaians’ entrepreneurial, creative, and innovative ability to generate wealth and address the social issues the country was experiencing.

This socioeconomic vision was embodied in the Five Priority Areas Programme with regard to the promotion of good governance, modernization of agriculture for rural development, private sector participation, improved social services, and vigorous infrastructure development. The cornerstone of President Kufuor’s foreign policy was what he called “economic diplomacy.”
