Underground Rapper Mulekwa Succumbs To Cancer.

Underground Lugaflow rapper Mulekwa aka Karim Denis Nampeera has today morning succumbed to cancer that has had him bedridden for over three months.

The news of the death of the rapper was broken by his close friend Big Sam Yiga and fellow rapper St.Nelly Sade.

Mulekwa has been struggling with cancer according to close sources. In June this year, he came out and requested his fans to pray for him as he was terribly sick.
