Starting Oct. 8, the restaurant will introduce a diverse range of new culinary dishes across both its lunch and dinner menus at all 15 Sullivan’s Steakhouse locations.

The innovative dinner menu includes:

  • A5 Wagyu Strip – This premium cut of strip steak is available at select locations including Naperville, Leawood, Wilmington, King of Prussia, Charlotte, Raleigh, Indianapolis, Anchorage and Baton Rouge
  • Royal Osetra Caviar – Elevate any dish or side with this exclusive caviar to add a touch of opulence to any meal
  • Lobster Thermidor – North Atlantic cold water lobster tails enveloped in a rich butter, cream, mushroom and Tarragon Sauce, topped with breadcrumbs and parmesan
  • Dynamite Roll – Crunchy tempura shrimp roll, married with cucumber, mango, avocado and spicy aioli served with a signature dipping sauce
  • Angry Shrimp – Jumbo shrimp paired with Tamari soy sauce, Choya plum wine, ginger and garlic, served with cilantro fried rice

For lighter fare, the new lunch menu features bold new sandwiches, including:

  • Haymaker Chicken Sandwich – Quattro cheese, jalapenos, pork belly lardons, shaved brussels sprouts and honey mustard flavor a juicy cut of chicken, served with roasted garlic parmesan fries
  • Truffle Shaved Ribeye Cheesesteak – An elevated take on the Philadelphia classic
  • Ahi Tuna Steak Sandwich – Sliced Ahi Tuna spiced with cajun seasoning and topped with avocado, cucumber, Napa slaw, sriracha mayonnaise and served with roasted garlic parmesan fries

This exciting menu update follows the recent introduction of Sullivan’s new Happy Hour Menu, available Monday through Thursday from 3 to 6 p.m., and its new Lounge Menu, available during regular hours.
