Kampala based Phaneroo senior Pastor; Apostle Grace Lubega has come out to tag Bobi Wine a ganja man and gay.

While speaking to his flock, the Apostle advised them jot to support Bobi Wine a ganja man and a man of side B(Gay).

He further added that Bobi Wine has failed to change the Ghettos and is coming for presidency, a thing he opposes.

The apostle who kept apologising to those he had hurt added that Uganda should not be a secular country but rather led by a believer.
