Ekene Cynthia Umenwa popularly known as Angel Palazzo is a Nigerian Nollywood actor, comedian, content creator, MC, event planner and the CEO of Ekyevent Confectionary.

FAMILY

Umenwa was born on 27 August 1991 in Benin City to Mr Nmenwa and Mrs Lucy Ogoamaka Umenwa but is a native of Anambra State.

Umenwa is married to a top Nollywood movie producer, Alex Kleanson.

EDUCATION

Umenwa went to Ebonyi State University where she obtained her degree in Biochemistry.

CAREER

Umenwa’s career as an actor started when she joined Nollywood in 2011. She made her first appearances as an actor in a movie titled King After King where she played the role of a maid.

Umenwa came into the spotlight after playing the lead role in the Black Choir movie. Since then, she has acted alongside other Nollywood stars including Destiny Etiko, Ken Eric, Zubby Michael, and many others.
