NCT 127 Felt ‘Nervous & Worried’ Ahead of ‘Sticker’ Album Comeback

NCT 127’s third album, Sticker, has arrived. After a year and a half break due to the coronavirus pandemic, the K-pop group released their highly anticipated third album first thing Friday (Sept. 17) to rave reviews from their fans. Though Sticker is already exceeding NCT 127’s expectations — it racked up more than 1.3 million pre-orders in just 24 hours following the album announcement in August — the group initially felt uneasy about their comeback, they revealed during a news conference on Thursday.

“We were pretty nervous and worried because it’s been a while since we made a comeback and we were feeling a bit uneasy about it,” group leader Taeyong said during the conference. “As much as we’re receiving a lot of great results and love, we’re ready to work even harder and are always working to improve ourselves, so I hope you’ll continue walking with us!”

Mark added that the group is “determined on showing an even better album” as they “spent a lot of time bringing this to life.”
