“Why did you dessert your constituency?” Gashumba Blames Bobi Wine For Missing in the Thursday Kogikwatako Movement.

Activist Frank Gashumba has come out to blame Kyadondo East member of parliament for not appearing at parliament to defend the removal of age limit embeded in article 102(b) of the parliament.

Gashumba wonders why Bobi Wine would betray his electorate arguing thatif Bobi Wine’s voters managed to escort him to parliament, it would not be a fair play if he shunned away from such a critical issue.

“The day you were sworn in, thousands of your supporters escorted you to Parliament. Today, when the most controversial and quite stupid bill was supposed to be tabled in Parliament, you were no where to be seen. Even Hon. Micheal Kabaziguruka, Who was sick managed to make it to the house, arriving on a stretcher to defend, preserve and protect the constitution.” Says Gashumba.

” I am reliably informed that you are in New York doing God knows what. Had to believe that even our chief Comedian Kato Lubwama was present and you were not. Why did you dessert your constituency and it’s people when we needed you the most?” Gashumba adds.

The dad to socialite Sheila Gashumba explains the relevance of the electorate to Bobi winegiving an example of His excellency the President of Uganda who he says can never miss any by-election campaign for any NRM candidate.

He therefore sought an explanation from Bobi Wine.
