Wedding season is soon to be upon us after a *very* long year where thousands were cancelled.

Brides across the globe are gearing up for their big days and hoping that their hair and makeup will be perfect.

One woman was left in stitches after her trial for makeup didn’t work out as planned.

Although she still looked beautiful, the blushing bride called Timbra didn’t get the look she wanted.

On TikTok, she shared photos of what she’d asked for, and what she received.

In the caption, she wrote: “When your wedding makeup trial goes horribly wrong.”

In the photo showing what she wanted, the model has an impressive smoky eye and nude lipstick, with thick brows offsetting the understated look perfectly.

She wasn’t impressed by the look

But the makeup artist didn’t quite get it right – as Timbra showed off her much darker makeup that wasn’t well blended.

Her video racked up thousands of views, as people offered their sympathy, as one horrified woman asked: “Urm this was your 12-year old sister who did this right? Not a professional?”

Another commented: “Well at least it was a trial and not the day of the wedding.”

A third joked: “Tell me they didn’t know how to blend makeup without telling me they didn’t know how to blend makeup.”

One bride admitted: “This is why I’m so scared to book someone before doing a trial but I’m doing a destination wedding and I can’t go before.”

In the comments, Timbra said she changed makeup artists after seeing her look.

“I paid them for the trial, I walked out really classy. I went and got makeup wipes from Target and then I found someone else.”
